    Yes, we are proud to be PETA Vegan and Cruelty-Free Certified. We do not believe in animal testing or using animal-derived ingredients. You can find our company under PETA's Beauty without Bunnies directory list.

  • Are all of your products Non-Toxic?

    Yes, we select the highest quality non-toxic, natural, and organic ingredients when possible.

  • Are your products Kosher?

    None of our products contain pork or any animal by-products.

  • Are your products Halal?

    None of our products contain pork, any animal by-products, or ethyl alcohol.

  • Are Shimmer Me Gorgeous products made in the USA?

    All of our products except for Vegan Luxe Lashes and Line, Lash and go liner are made in the USA!

  • Why don't you sell PET Glitter?

    We don't sell PET Glitter because it is not approved by the FDA to use. It is also not biodegradable and PET could be hazardous to the health.

  • Allergic Reactions:

    Allergic Reactions: We have ingredients listed under each product, please read ingredients carefully and do not use any products that you might be allergic to. Shimmer Me Gorgeous is not responsible for any reactions that may occur.

  • When will you ship my product?

    We ship via USPS. After receiving your order we get to work right away but depending on how many orders are ahead of you, it may take up to 3-10 business days for the order to reach you.

  • What is your return policy?

    You are important to us and we want you to love your product! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at within 7 calendar days from delivery and we will be happy to find a solution or start the refund process. Please include your order # in the email. International orders are non refundable. Please note shipping fees are non-refundable. Also, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The following items may not be returned: Sale items, Samples, Bundles, Limited Edition Products, and Gift Cards. If you received a free gift with your purchase you must also return the free gift for a full refund. Once we receive and inspect your returned product the refund will be processed.

  • My product is damaged, what can I do?

    We fully inspect our packages prior to shipping and we never ship damaged products. However, if you receive a damaged product please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We have also partnered with Route to offer you shipping protection in case your product is damaged or lost in transit. You must opt-in to add Route during checkout to ensure your shipment is covered. You can file a claim with Route if your product arrives damaged or is lost.

  • I got the wrong product, now what?

    You are important to us and we make sure you get exactly what you ordered, in case you received the wrong product please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Please contact us immediately if you would like to cancel your order. If your product has not been fulfilled yet, we might be able to cancel the order.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we do! However, we are not responsible for any custom, duty, or import taxes your country might charge. Also, please note international orders could take longer in transit. If you do not live in the USA please see the Countries we ship to list to see if your country is on the list.

  • I gave you the wrong shipping address, what happens now?

    Packages sent back to us due to the buyer listing an incorrect address will require the buyer to pay to have the product reshipped to the correct address.

  • How much is shipping?

    Shipping within the USA is free over $35. Shipping on international orders is free over $75.
